Are you trying to determine which social media channels to engage for your business? Think about where you will find your customers and potential customers, then consider whether a particular social media outlet fits with your products/services and brand. Social media is free on the surface but it takes time to truly do it right. Unless you are a business with large marketing resources, it’s best to select two or three social media sites to enthusiastically engage.

Although you’ll want to consider your audience, message and time availability when selecting social media sites to participate in, there is one you should strongly consider.
